Schoolin' It With Gentry

It's so hard to believe that Gentry will start Pre-K in August.  Where has my baby gone?  I haven't kept up with his last few months at GCA like I should, but here's a little update.

He enjoys playing matching games with numbers, shapes, colors, etc.

Gentry is such a good boy.  He tries so hard to do the right thing at all times.  If he does get into trouble, it breaks his heart.  He's my boy that doesn't take it so far that he has to get a spanking.  Usually, just a good scolding does him fine.

Super proud of himself for winning musical chairs. :)

He loves Mrs. Diane just as much as Jubal did, and Mrs. Diane loves him.  She has been such a great influence in both of my boys' life.  She will be leaving GCA at the end of May, and since my boys will both be in school, we're taking them out of GCA and they will be with Mrs. Diane at her home after school and during the summer from here on out.

I am so very thankful for GCA and the guidance they have helped me provide for my babies.  They say it takes a village, and GCA has been mine.

Leading his class in the song Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

Gentry loves school.  He loves his friends with all of his heart.  I hate that he & Grey (his BFF) may be separated when Pre-K starts due to the fact that Grey lives in a different area.  I want things to stay as familiar as possible for my little guy so that maybe the transition will be easier.

Before I close, I just have to post this picture of Jubal with Mrs. Diane.  He still gets to be with her some in the afternoons, and when school is out for a holiday.  She sent me this telling me that even my big boy still likes her lap sometimes. ;)

I register Gentry on March 28.  It won't be long now.  My boys are growing up quickly.  I love them so, so, so, so, so, so much!
