At The Fair~2015

We took the boys to the fair this past Saturday.  As always, they had so much fun.  It was pretty crowded, and the lines were long, but they still got to ride a good bit.  For some reason they were enforcing stricter height restrictions this year, so Gentry didn't get to ride even as much as he did last year.  He still had fun, though, because his "princess" was with with him. :)

Heather, Gabriel, and Shawn was with us this year, too.  Gabriel seemed to have had a great time.  He loves to be with Jubal & Gentry.  I'm a little sad that I didn't get my carousel pictures this year, but like I said, the lines were long, and even after the 2 1/2 hours we spent there, we couldn't ride everything.

I did manage to get a few pictures this year, though.

We like to get there before dark to look around, but we love it when all the lights come on.

Gabriel & Jubal

Jubal met a new friend on one of the rides.

Gabriel was so funny on this ride.  He had a look of terror on his face when it came down. Ha!

Gentry felt like such a big boy on the bungee jump.

Jubal kept trying so hard to flip, but never got it.  Maybe next year. :)

Poppell Farms~2015

We made our annual trip to the pumpkin patch this year. We took our nephew, Gabriel, with us and all the boys had such a good time, including Larson. ;)

You won't get to see me in any of the pictures since I'm always the one taking them, but I had a good time with my family, too.  I enjoy seeing big smiles on all of my boys' faces.

Walking in, the boys found a cow to milk...

Then we moved on to feeding the farm animals...

Next stop, the Corn Pen...

They spent a lot of time on the big jump pad...

Then we went to the bouncy house and slide...

The bull is always my favorite.  This year the boys could even get on it by themselves.

Meanwhile, Gabriel was playing in the sand box and the little playhouses, which is why I couldn't get him on the bull.

Next, the cow train...

The boys didn't get to be next to each other, so you'll notice Jubal constantly looking back for Gentry.

After playing for awhile longer, we finally took the hay ride to the pumpkin patch to get our little pumpkins to carve.  I like the cute kid music they play while we're riding.  The boys like to sing the songs, too.

I got a couple more pictures in the pumpkin patch before loading up and heading back to our car.  The boys were tired and even asked to leave this time.

It was fun, just like each year before.  The boys get older and enjoy it more every year it seems.  This year's corn maze was dedicated to my hometown boy, Cole Swindell.  Check it out.

See ya next year, Poppell Farms!
