Playing With Chicks

The boys got to go stay at Mrs. Melanie's house while Larson & I worked on Saturday. They own several chicken houses, and Mr. Al took the boys to see the new baby chicks.

Jubal & Gentry always have the best time with Melanie & her family.

Also, we got the boys a new kitten.  A little male kitten that the boys named Jake.  Why Jake?  I'll never know, but that's the name they gave him.  It is what it is.  Ha!

I must say that I think this kitten is going to be a wonderful extension of our family.  It took him a few days to adjust, but he is the sweetest little kitty ever. :)
